Pipeline dashboard

Transparent tracking across every pilot stage

A living snapshot of how ideas land, who is packaging them, what has been submitted, and which pilots are already operating. Transparency builds trust between municipal hosts, partners, and funders.

We refresh this summary monthly; for the live status table and deep-dive artifacts, visit the live pipeline page.

Visible pipelines keep accountability high: we publish intake-to-output so everyone sees how decisions, data, and artifacts move across the valley. The columns below describe what each stage looks like and how we follow up.

Stage 1: Intake

Capture the site, feedstock profile, and municipal or community sponsor so we know what success looks like.

Stage 2: Packaging

Translate data into grant-ready narratives, partner lanes, and artifacts that show feasibility.

Stage 3: Submitted

Route the package through grants, municipal approvals, or policy windows and track the response.

Stage 4: Built / Operating

Document operations, surface lessons, and keep feedstock + energy performance visible.

Intake

We gather minimum viable truth: site control, feedstocks, constraints, and community interest are all logged before any packaging begins.

Pilot candidate (example)

Municipal organics stream study: host alignment, routing, and workforce assumptions are being reviewed.

Community partner ask

Neighborhood compost plan under intake so we can match commitments to municipal participation.

Packaging

We compile narratives, lane maps, and stakeholder briefs so the pilot can be shared with funders and operators.

Grant-ready packet

Site and coalition data are collated for resilient energy and GIGP programs.

Partner commitment draft

Lane owners are reviewed and letters of commitment are being drafted.

Submitted

Once submitted, we track the review cycle, decision windows, and any requested follow-ups from funders.

State grant submission

Packet with benefits map delivered; we are awaiting grant panel feedback.

Municipal pilot letter

City resolution filed and community briefings scheduled.

Built / Operating

Operational pilots stay visible through data dashboards, lessons learned, and replication notes.

Operational biogas hub

Feedstock and energy tracking live; the hub informs the next regional rollout.

Replicated pilot

Lessons inform the next intake and populate the systems library.
